Pre-Order
Products that have ‘pre-order’ badge in category page and ‘Available on back order’ text in product page are currently out of stock but can be back ordered. Please contact us for a ETA on the product you would like to pre-order.
Please kindly understand that the arrival time is something out of our control, we provide estimate arrival time only. We cannot guarantee any exact date of delivery. Please make sure you are comfortable with the ETA and possible delays before you pre-order something. If you changed your mind after 30 days of pre-ordering, your deposit won’t be refunded.
You can Pre-order our standard products that are not currently in stock. Please give us a call on 03 9357 8913 to check the estimated delivery time of the pre-order products. Normally a $200 deposit is required for each pre-ordered product. However, you can also choose to pay the full amount for the product. The remaining balance will be shown on an invoice.
The pre-order deposit is refundable within 30 days after the deposit has been made.
For example, if you changed your mind after 2 weeks of your deposit, you can ask us for a refund. If you changed your mind after 31 days of the deposit, no refund will be given.
Deposit to Hold a Product
You can put a deposit to hold our standard products that are currently in stock.
Please give us a call on 03 9357 8913 to arrange pick up or shipping.
Normally a $200 deposit is required for each ordered product.
However, Kylin Campers reserves the right to nominate any other percentage or fixed amount depending on the product.
For example, we may require 30% deposit for a Full Tray Package.
The remaining balance will be shown on an invoice.
However, you can also choose to pay the full amount for the product.
The deposit is refundable within 30 days after the deposit has been made if you have changed your mind.
For example, if you changed your mind after 14 days after you have paid the deposit, your deposit is refundable as long as you have contacted us to cancel the order within 30 days. However, the deposit is not refundable if you changed your mind after 30 days of the deposit.
In case of a deposit (that is a percentage of the full price or any fixed amount that is less than the full price):
The maximum holding period for a standard product that is in stock is 31 days from the date of your deposit.
Once 31 days has passed from the date of your deposit, we will send you a written notice to cancel your order.
The written notice can take the form of an email or a mobile message.
The notice is deemed to have been received by you once it has been sent.
Your order will be automatically cancelled upon our notice if you have not made full payment, and picked up or arranged shipping for the product.
Your deposit will not be refundable if your order has been cancelled by our notice.
In case of the full payment for the product:

Once 31 days has passed from the date of your deposit, we will send you a written notice to cancel your order.

We will deduct $100 as re-stocking fee from the full amount and refund the remaining balance to you.
Pickups
You are welcome to organise your own freight, i.e. pickup by yourself or via your own courier is FREE from our Melbourne factory: 34, 35-37 Jesica Road, Campbellfield VIC 3061.
Small Product Shipping
Products are shipped after full payment arrives in our account. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
A small product is defined as anything that can be shipped via a courier that delivers directly to your home.
They are usually below 25kg and do not require pallets when shipping.
Each product that fits in this criteria will have a postage rate specified in its own product description.
The postage rates include and not limited to “free postage”, “flat rate”, ‘express postage’.
All the items are shipped directly from our Melbourne Warehouse, we usually despatch them within 1-2 business days once the payment has been cleared. All small products will be send directly to your home address unless there are other arrangement.
All small product shipping will automatically be ‘authorised to leave’ or ‘ATL’ service.
If you wish to have signature required for your delivery, please contact us directly to arrange ‘signature required’ service for your items. Please note that a signature required service fee is payable before dispatch. The customer who has chosen to arrange ‘signature required’ service is also liable to pay a re-delivery fee / second delivery fee (or anything alike) if no one was at home for the first delivery attempt or the first delivery attempt has failed or such fees are charged by the freight company.
All the shippings are tracked. A tracking link will be uploaded once we’ve despatched the product.
Please note that Kylin Campers is not liable for any delays, loss or damages of your products in transportation.
Once the product has been loaded for freight, ownership of the product is deemed to have been passed to the buyer.
Please note: Any rural / farm property will be regarded by the carriers as a residential address (regardless whether it is a registered business address or not).
All deliveries to residential addresses must be booked as a home delivery. If a job is booked incorrectly in our system this fee is not captured in the quoted freight price, then it will be reviewed and charged before dispatch from our end. For example, if a job is booked as a Business job and the delivery point is a residential address, then residential fee applies and will be charged before dispatch.
Large Product Freight
Any products are large and bulky will require to be shipped on a pallet. (Usually over 25kg)
Freight for those items MUST be to a business/commercial address with a FORKLIFT or a pickup depot with one of our chosen carriers. If not, freight will incur a hand unload and tailgate fee (POA) which will need to be paid prior to dispatch.
Any rural / farm property will be regarded by the carriers as a residential address (regardless whether you have a forklift there or whether it is a business) and will incur a hand unload and tailgate fee (POA) which will need to be paid prior to dispatch. Please select sending the product to the depot if you do not wish to pay tailgate fee.
A detailed reminder for all customers who buy our products and pay freight by using our online Bigpost freight quoting system:
Business: Delivery to commercial business addresses only. If on a pallet or skid, unload facilities (e.g. a forklift) must be present at the receiving end.
Depot: For collection from one of Bigpost Collection Depots. If on a pallet or skid, unload facilities (e.g. a forklift) must be present at the depot. This is a cost-effective alternative to Home Deliveries of skids and pallets.
Home Delivery: Use for deliveries to residential addresses. Choose ‘Tailgate Home Delivery’, ‘Regional Home Delivery’ or ‘Scheduled Home Delivery’ for tailgate truck delivery to residential addresses or businesses without unloading facilities.
Please note: All deliveries to residential addresses must be booked as a home delivery. If a job is booked incorrectly in our system this fee is not captured in the quoted freight price, then it will be reviewed and charged before dispatch from our end. For example, if a job is booked as a Business job and the delivery point is a residential address with the total chargeable weight over 25kg, then residential fee applies and will be charged before dispatch.
Please use the “Quick Shipping Quote” function in each product page, shopping cart or check out page to get a shipping quote. Please note that the price quoted in the “quick shipping quote” is not GST Inclusive, GST will be added when checking out.
Please choose “Big Post Shipping” when checking out with a large product in your cart, If the wrong shipping method was chosen, your product won’t be shipped.
We usually combine multiple items when shipping, e.g. Jack legs, spare wheel carriers will be put into a canopy when shipping. Please contact us if you want to order multiple items and contains a large item (for example, a ute canopy). We will generate a manual order and deduct redundant postage from your order.
We do not offer express freight on large and bulky items.
All the items are shipped directly from our Melbourne Warehouse, we usually despatch them within 1-2 business days once the payment has been cleared. We will make sure your products are carefully packed and tied down to the pallet.
A confirmation email that contains pictures of your order will be sent prior to shipping, we will only despatch the order after your confirmation.

Insurance
Some of our shipping service suppliers offer us insurance to purchase for the items that need to be shipped.
Some of our shipping service suppliers have automatic freight insurance.
Insurance can be purchased with extra cost, freight insurance will only be purchased after customer’s consent and payment for the insurance.

If you wish to purchase freight insurance, please contact us to arrange payment before placing an order.
Please contact us if any of your products arrive damaged and send us some photo evidence. We will claim the damage for you if freight insurance was purchased with your order.
