If you want to buy it, the following procedures are to be followed:

• You come to inspect the hoist first.
• Then you make the full payment to us.
• After we receive the full payment, we will book appointment with a professional installer to come to us, to un-install the hoist. You need to be on-site to view the whole process and you pick up the hoist on the same day of the dis-assembly from our warehouse. We will pay for the costs of un-installing the hoist from our warehouse.

Please note: We will provide a heavy duty steel pallet (size: 1.9Wx1.8L meter) for transport, the steel pallet is provided free of charge.

Install at your own business premise, transport costs to your business premise are not included in the price.

Delivery costs to be paid before collection if you want to have it delivered.

If you cannot come to pick up, we can provide you with a freight quote for your consideration.
