Definitions
- “Agent” means Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd, its successors and assigns or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd.
- “Buyer” means the person/s buying the Goods as specified in any invoice, document or order, and if there is more than one Buyer is a reference to each Buyer jointly and severally.
- “Goods” means all Goods or Services supplied by the Agent to the Buyer at the Buyer’s request from time to time (where the context so permits the terms ‘Goods’ or ‘Services’ shall be interchangeable for the other).
- “Price” means the Price payable (plus any GST where applicable) for the Goods as agreed between the Agent and the Buyer in accordance with clause 5 below.
- “GST” means Goods and Services Tax (GST) as defined within the “A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999” (Cth).

Terms & Conditions of Retail Sales
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email or sales order we reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.
We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. A customer order does not become binding on Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd until an invoice has been issued and signed off by a manager of Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd.
It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner.
Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Full Payment Vs Deposit
We require a full payment for products that need to be delivered to you before we despatch it.
We do accept deposit on stock units or pre-order units. Normally a $100 deposit is required if you want to put a deposit on one product before you come down to pick it up.
The pre-order deposit is refundable within 30 days after the deposit has been made. No refund can be made after 30 days. For example, if you changed your mind after 2 weeks of your deposit, you can ask us for a refund. If you changed your mind after 31 days of the deposit, no refund will be given.
You can also choose to purchase the pre-order units or stock units on our website and pay the full amount of the products before shipping or pick up.
Cancellation
- Without prejudice to any other remedies the Agent may have, if at any time the Buyer is in breach of any obligation (including those relating to payment) under these terms and conditions the Agent may suspend or terminate the supply of Goods to the Buyer. The Agent will not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage the Buyer suffers because the Agent has exercised its rights under this clause.
- The Agent may cancel any contract to which these terms and conditions apply or cancel delivery of Goods at any time before the Goods are delivered by giving written notice to the Buyer. On giving such notice the Agent shall repay to the Buyer any money paid by the Buyer for the Goods. The Agent shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.
- In the event that the Buyer cancels delivery of Goods the Buyer shall be liable for any and all loss incurred (whether direct or indirect) by the Agent as a direct result of the cancellation (including, but not limited to, any loss of profits).
- Cancellation of orders for Goods made to the Buyer’s specifications, or for non-stocklist items, will definitely not be accepted once production has commenced, or an order has been placed.
Time to Deliver Order
Once you agree to purchase our product, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date. In some cases (due to circumstances out of our control) we will not be able to deliver the product by the estimated date, but we will ensure that the product is delivered to you ASAP.
No Liability for Delay
Please understand that the delivery time is something out of our control.
If the product is not delivered by the estimated date, notified to you in accordance, we are not liable to compensate you for any costs or damages claimed by you as a consequence of such delay.
Notification of Ready for Pickup
We will notify you when the product is ready for pickup if you choose to pick up the product by yourself at our premise.
Product Pickup
You must pay the balance of the purchase price for the product in full on or before picking up the product.
Payment
Payment for the product must be made by one of the following methods:
- a cash payment;
- a bank cheque (drawn in favor of Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd)
- a T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment made from your bank account to our bank account.
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by Credit/debit card
- Payment by Zippay/Zip money
If you pay by T/T, paypal, zippay/zip money, then the funds must be cleared into our bank account before you pick up the product from us, or before we ship the product, or before we start installation service for you as agreed between you and Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd.
That is to say, full payment must be cleared into our account before pickup, or delivery, or installation.
Credit Card Payments
If you pay to us for your purchase by using your credit card, then you must also pay to us an additional amount, equal to 1% of your payment, to cover the charges made by our bank for processing your credit card payment.
Failure to Pick up / Collect the Product
All the customers will be given a written notice upon the arrival for their product/s ordered (whether customised product/s or a pre-ordered standard product ).
If you do not attend at our premises to pick up/collect the product within fourteen (14) business days of our notification to you that the product is available for pickup/collection then we may charge you a reasonable storage charge at our discretion, which must be paid up to and including the date on which you finally pick up the product.
The storage charge will be $15.0 / day for anything larger than a standard pallet size (120cm x 120cm)
We will attempt to contact the customer about their ‘uncollected goods’ and send a written notice of our intention to dispose the good/s within twenty eight (28) business days after the good/s is/are available for pickup.

Shipping Limitations
For item which you can shop on this website, we will ship it to the address you provided to us. You must bear all risks and costs associated with an incorrect shipping address provided to Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd.
When placing an order you bear all risks for loss or damage in transit unless you take up the freight insurance options, please see ‘Pre-order, pickup & shipping information’ for more info on freight insurance.
All prices quoted in Australia include mainland Australia and mainland Tasmania only. For a customized freight quote for islands off the mainlands listed, please call us prior to purchase.
